Our Story

It all began with a chance encounter at a local tea spot. Rizwan pursued me with persistence, and when we finally sat down to talk, we discovered we shared the exact same dream: opening a cafe.

The path to building Nilus Cafe was not easy. We both faced deep struggles, disappointments, and broken dreams along the way. Yet, we held onto full faith, trusting that a greater plan was unfolding through every setback. Those challenges only clarified our purpose and fueled our deep obsession with all things chai, chocolate, and coffee.

Nilus Cafe is the beautiful result of love, perseverance, and a shared passion. We built this neighborhood home as a welcoming space where you can slow down, find comfort, and enjoy a truly exceptional cup.
